KEMIFLON – KMF filter elements is the specially designed to be the Final sterilizing filter required for a sterilization for bulk applications, including solvents purification as Acetone, Hexane, Ethyl acetate, methylene chloride.                            KEMIFLON KMF is incorporating a PTFE membrane available with 0,2 micron filtration rating.

The manufacturing of KEMIFLON KMF takes place in a certified Clean Room; each filter is subjected to an integrity test related to specific micro-organisms bacterial challenge.                          

BIOSAFETY: construction materials pass USP-CLASS VI Biological Reactivity and Chemical-Physical tests for plastics.

The cartridges are in compliance with the requirements of USP "Water for injection" for particles release and endotoxins; Endotoxins are checked by LAL Test.
