Our rigorous quality protocol includes detailed records and non-destructive testing — performed either on a sample basis or on 100% of production — with all the results documented to ensure complete traceability.
The entire production of microfiltration elements takes place in controlled environments to eliminate any risk of external contamination.
Full traceability
We ensure premium quality standards through our certified Quality System. In compliance with HACCP and GMP guidelines, every batch released to the market is logged and traceable: the batch marking on the product enables immediate tracking across the entire supply chain. The effectiveness of our protocols is verified through periodic traceability stress tests; the application of the 'Mass Balance' method allows us to verify system integrity and the full traceability of every production batch.
