PRODUCTION
BEA Technologies produces filter elements and also designs and manufactures housings in full compliance with current regulations.
The construction and packaging of microfiltration filter elements are carried out in controlled environments to ensure contamination-free products.
All production stages, intermediate inspections, and final inspections — including non-destructive tests performed either on a sample basis or at 100% — are recorded and properly store
Traceability and Backward Traceability
The BEA Technologies Quality System guarantees safe, consistently high-quality products and ensures full traceability in accordance with HACCP requirements for products intended for food use, and GMP standards for pharmaceutical applications.
Each product batch released to the market is recorded upon shipment to the customer.
The production batch number marked on the finished product allows the entire supply chain to be traced. The Quality Management Department periodically performs batch traceability exercises using the Mass Balance method.
